The Front Yard Ballas were established in 2017 by Alen Zuparic and his step brother, Chase Truman. The family was founded on the principles of hustle, loyalty and respect. Alen is a respected street hustler, he made his name in Compton, California selling drugs and committing robberies to provide for his homies. His step brother, Chase comes from a broken family traumatized by two drug addicted parents who handles more of the behind the scene stuff for his criminal brother. Both of them are dedicated and strong leaders, doing whatever necessary to make sure their name is kept strong in the streets. Alen served two years in prison with his brother, Chase. Ironically, they were even cell mates. This time locked up provided the brothers with countless hours of brainstorming ways to evolve their criminal status. After about a year and a half, they agreed to a plan once they were released. They were going to start a gang of their own, move to the well known capital of the nation of San Andreas, Los Santos, and take the city by storm. Moving to Los Santos was difficult for them at first, not knowing anybody definitely took a toll on them. One day, at a well known strip club named the Pig Pen, they ran into the gang banger known as Axel Graves. Axel is a certified gangster from his criminal history in his hometown of Manila, Philippines. He did 5 years in a Filipino penitentiary for armed robbery and has sinced moved to Los Santos to seek a better life. He ran a small gang of his own race, including Jacob and Tyga Graves. Together, they have taken Los Santos by storm, committing crimes ranging from drug trafficking to murder. These men are dangerous and are willing to do anything to get what they desire. While chatting at the local strip joint, the brothers of LaDante and Chase and the gangster Axel, decided to combine forces to form one of the strongest gangs Los Santos and even San Andreas, have ever seen, the East Side Ballas. While scouting out a place to put their safehouse, they deemed glen park as the safest place. It is cheap rent, easy access to drugs and weapons, and puts them in prime territory to assert their dominance over the other gangs in town. While in Glen Park, they met a couple of local boys name Jack Matix and Andrew McFora, two longtime residents of the eastern Los Santos area. They showed the brothers around and introduced them to some of the gangsters around town, introducing them to local weapon and drug dealers. That is where they ran into the well established weapons dealer, Sudais Graves. Sudais has been known to be one of the most prominent arms traffickers in town, while still somehow managing to avoid capture by law enforcement. Sudais always has heavy weapons in stock, and has agreed to roll with the gang in order to supply their weapon needs for a small fee. With the two brothers, the Filipino gang, Sudais, and many of their acquaintances, the gang is finally ready to start their plan of being the most powerful gang ever seen in Los Santos.

We should be accepted for many different reasons, the first one being we will be an active family that has recently migrated from Next Generation Roleplay that is looking for a new community to call home. We are dedicated and knowledgeable players , with hours of activity daily. Secondly, I can speak on behalf of Chase and I, we bring a great deal of family and faction leadership to Lawless. We have been leaders and co leaders of countless gangs and factions, so it's not our first time doing this sort of activity. And third, I know everyone has heard it many times but, we will bring a different criminal street gang roleplay to Lawless that not many of you have seen. I'm sure you're well aware of what the Ballas name reminds you of, but I can assure you we're nothing like the old. We are a breathe of fresh air that will provide a great deal of roleplay of things outside of gun fights and deathmatching. Thank you for your consideration
