Story
Back in the day Vice City was a difficult and confusing place to live. It was also the best school for drug related Activities such as dealing,
trafficking, cutting and repacking. Luke Gibson was working as a valet at a hotel on the beach when one day a customer asked him to hold a
package for him and give it to someone else later. Luke was clever enough to not ask any questions and discreetly do the job. To his surprise
he was rewarded with a fat envelope and a request to more "work". Luke Gibson learned fast. His connections and influence quickly increased.
Six months later he was one of the most notorious and successful drug dealers in Vice City.

Times changed. Vice City grew old. Instead of hot girl in bikini's rollerskating and snorting coke the city was filling up with retired white
people, many of them in wheelchairs. Zed Ramirez came to Vice to visit his grandmother one summer and he wanted to buy some weed. He found a dealer
and they had a nice conversation. Chloe told Luke Gibson hat he lived in Los Santos where it wasn't always easy to find good weed. Jay didn't think
twice. He accompanied Zed to Carterson's International and together they flew to Los Santos.

Zed offered Luke to stay at his place but before they arrived their taxi got pulled over by a bunch of dirty cops. The officers took their money
and explained that they had enough evidence on both of them to put them away for life so that they were now puppets of the LSPD. What the cops
didn't know was that this whole scene was being monitored by a group of lawyers. the Firm had been investigating corruption inside the police force
for a while and weren't surprised to learn of this new development. The lawyers so far hadn't made any strong connections with "the streets" and
decided to step in and help these men. A company car was sent to pick them up and bring them to the Office.

Luke Gibson, Zed Eastwood, Tyga X Carterson and Jacob Eastwood engaged in a long conversation about law, drugs, weapons and everything. They came up
with a plan and they put it in motion. The lawyers worked hard and successfully cleared the records of Jay Ramirez and Zed so they were free to begin
their part of the plan. With Ramirez's experience it was easy to grow fast in the underground drug scene. They built up a great network to meet the demands
of all the hippies, gangsters and crackheads in Los Santos. They became notorious as drug dealers and traffickers but the cops couldn't do much
because of the legal help provided by the Blazer's Family.. Their empire kept growing and they hired more and more loyal soldiers to join their ranks. Money rolled
in and they decided to invest in themselves to become a true gang:
